My interest in cooking has slowly been increasing these days. (To the utter astonishment of my mother, who tried everything to get me to the kitchen) Maybe, it grew out my love of grocery shopping.
Cooking is such a pleasure to all the senses (when in the right frame of mind :) )
The colours, the smells, and the changes in them as they cook have an effect on me.
I too apparently have an effect on the food I cook.
How so?
I am yet to figure out all the nuances.
More time for more cooking in the future for that.
